Double-speed engines are engines that can change the output power according to the need. It is produced for applications with constant torque or variable torque (load varies with the square of speed). There are two types of double speed motors, Dahlender or Two separate windings. While motors with only 1:2 speed ratios can be made with Dahlender winding, motors with two separate windings can be produced with both 1:2 ratio and other ratio speeds such as 2/6, 4/6, 6/8 etc. It can be used in all applications where different speeds are needed, and it has a wide application range. We manufacture multi-speed motors in all sizes from 80 to 355 frame sizes.
