The ABB service maintenance agreement provides the ABB AG AC drive user with the assurance of using the drive fully and effectively for its entire lifetime. The user can select the services to be included in the driver maintenance agreement among the available service options. For example, in the "Technical Support" service option, it is possible to reach the authorized ADS personnel 24 hours a day, via telephone or e-mail, in case of any information needs regarding the ABB drive. Another service is the “Preventive Maintenance” service, which covers ordering, delivery and labor services. Finally, there is the “Complete Maintenance” service package, which includes Preventive maintenance services and any repair or driver replacement. Each service package also includes the service contents in the previous package.

Driver maintenance agreements are suitable for any business, large or small. The aim is to ensure that the drives operate with maximum efficiency by maintaining them throughout their entire life cycle and to minimize production losses caused by unplanned stoppages as a result of failure.
How can a deal be made?
Driver agreements are made with the ADS office in your region. For this, you can contact us by choosing one of the technical support, preventive maintenance and complete maintenance agreements. Driver types, quantities and serial numbers must be fully reported to ADS in order to prepare the agreement budget.
